"Solid for stats and standings"
I mostly use nhl.com to check standings and player stats, and it does a good job. There’s a lot of info there, but it’s still easy to find what I need. Some pages can be a little slow sometimes, but overall I like it

"Great for quick score checks"
I mostly use the nhl app on my phone, it’s been great. Scores update fast, and I can hop between games without the app freezing or getting annoying, which is kind of a win on busy game nights.

The highlights load quicker than I expected too, even when I’m not on Wi-Fi. Notifications usually come through right on time, so I can keep up without constantly checking my phone.
Nothing major to complain about. It’s simple, easy to use, and does exactly what I need it to do. Happy with it overall, 5 stars from me.

"Streams have been reliable for me"
I’ve been watching games on nhl.com lately and the streams have been solid. They load up quick, the picture looks clear, and I don’t really deal with much buffering on my regular Wi-Fi. There’s just something about it that makes it easy to put a game on and not have to think about it.

"Support got back to me fast"
I had trouble logging into my NHL account right before a game, which was frustrating. To be fair, I figured support would be backed up or that I’d be waiting around for a while, but they actually replied quicker than I expected.

They asked for a couple basic details, got the issue fixed without making it a hassle, and even followed up afterward. I don’t expect everything to go perfectly all the time, but when something does go wrong, this is exactly how support should handle it. 5 stars from me

"Canceling was surprisingly painless"
I signed up for NHL.com mainly to catch a few games, but after a while I realized I just wasn’t using it enough to justify keeping it. From my experience, the billing was straightforward and I never noticed any random or confusing charges, which was a relief. When I decided to cancel, the option was easy to find and the whole process felt simple. i appreciated that it didn’t turn into one of those annoying subscription hassles.

"Hoodie’s fine, shipping was kinda slow"
I ordered a hoodie from nhl.com and yeah, the checkout part was super easy. No issues there. The hoodie itself is good too, like the quality is totally fine and I’m happy with it. I just... expected the delivery to be a little quicker than it was. It showed up later than the estimate, and the tracking didn’t update much, which was a bit annoying because I kept checking it. Overall, not a bad experience, just wish the shipping info had been better.

I mostly use NHL to check live scores during games, and it’s been really accurate for me. The updates come in fast, even when I’m not actually watching the game. The page can feel a little cluttered sometimes, but actually, for just checking goals, periods, and what’s going on, it does the job really well.

"Works, but it’s frustrating to use"
The site does work, but it feels clunky overall. It’s not very easy to navigate, and I kept getting inconsistent answers depending on where I looked or what I clicked. It made the whole experience more frustrating than it needed to be.

"The ads don’t get in the way"
I mostly use NHL to check scores and catch up on recaps, and the ads haven’t really bothered me. There are banners here and there like you’d expect, but they don’t take over the screen or make the articles annoying to read. Videos have loaded fine for me too, so overall it’s been easy to use. I always feel like I can get in, find what I need, and leave without getting frustrated.
